For the Survey project, the goal was to measure the distance of something without actually measuring it. It had to be a gap and you couldn't cross the gap just measure the side you were on. My group sketched the location, the creek by the side of the high school, and drew a line crossing it. Created a triangle from it and had one side lengths and 2 angles. Knowing that the angles had to equal up to 180 degrees, we got 3. To figure out the other two sides lengths we had to use,"The Law of Sines".
